In accordance with our Data Protection Notice provided at the time you complete an assessment, we may provide your personal information to a third party under certain limited circumstances:
1. If we hire a third party service provider to perform certain services on our behalf, our service provider will be contractually required to use any personal information only for the purposes of performing the contracted services and shall be contracted to have appropriate security and privacy controls in place to protect any personal information.
2. If we are under a legal obligation to disclose personal information due to a court order, or disclosure demand.
3. If we sell any part of our business, the buyer will be required to only use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Notice displayed at the beginning of your assessment and any applicable client contracts and/or laws.
